Isagenix was a product that came highly recommended. I had been feeling down on myself over recent weight gain, and decided I needed a quick and easy fix to this problem. The product boasts excellent results in just a couple of days. What more could you ask for? To lose seven pounds in two days, I'm in!!!! However for me it wasn't as easy as I thought it was going to be. Along with being costly for my personal budget, I felt like I was starving. The starter kit includes little snacks (which are chocolate/vanilla flavored wafers), pills to help with the cleansing, a shake mix and a bottle of cleanse. The cleanse requires two consecutive days of drinking nothing but this juice like product and what feels like gallons of water. I was running to the bathroom every five minutes, I was chilly and a little jittery, I didn't care for the flavor all that much, but it was manageable. To make a long story short, I certainly dropped weight quickly. Isagenix essentially flushed out my system and started me with a clean slate which was wonderful. However, not something I myself could stick with. I have heard and seen wonderful results from those around me who have been better able to apply themselves to the program. it certainly works for them, it just didn't seem realistic to me.

I found this program to be good. The cost is a little hard to adjust to at first, you have to change your grocery costs. Adjust for not having to purchase breakfast and lunch (or dinner), then use that money towards the program. I like the taste of the berry cleanse, it tastes like apple cider and when mixed with the required water, it tastes like watered down apple cider.... still good. Good luck! I lost 10.8lbs in 30 days and over 5.5 inches from my body. I will continue as I can.

Going on my 4th month of IsAgenix Cleansing System. I started at 165 and today am 137#s. It is the first time in over 20 yrs that I feel like I have control over food. IT IS NOT EASY - but I have completed over 10/2Day back to back Cleanses and feel highly energized, nourished & less stressed!!!! Your body ADJUSTS to the system. I would rather deal with "at first" a few trips to the bathroom rather than NEVER lose weight. And, I have not seen under 140#s for 20 yrs. I am off of hb medicine that I've been on for 16 yrs. I've gone from size 14 down to a 12 that is too big. Cravings have ceased, endurance has encreased & feel better days are more. You must make sure to - eat the SNACKS, IsAdelights & Want More Energy on the Cleanse days and never feel a hunger pang. Now on the days when I eat, I eat healthly, eat less and feel extremely satisfied. It's a pain to buy the products this way but I've searched high and low and done just about every healthy diet on the planet and this is the only one that I've lost weight on in yrs, feel satisfied and look forward to getting my products every time UPS delivers. If these products are "horrible" then I wish they were less expensive but they are highly nutritious & hard to come by - so I will let IsAgenix put it all together for me - so I can safely feel great and lose weight.
