To the PointAt one of the campgrounds in which we stayed there was a fitness room. Actually we hit three campgrounds with fitness rooms this summer. feel resistance training is crucial, an at home exerciser
MY daughter and i used the iron weights , when we are out walking , my mom wanted to get something for my handicap sister cause she doesnt excise or go on walks, So i told her about these and how she can set in her chair while she watching TV and do legs lifts. have her start off slow and do so many at first.
