MY daughter and i used the iron weights , when we are out walking , my mom wanted to get something for my handicap sister cause she doesnt excise or go on walks, So i told her about these and how she can set in her chair while she watching TV and do legs lifts. have her start off slow and do so many at first. She got a set and my sister liked them and it was something she was willing to do and they was light weight for her so that was a plus.
