Ironman M3R Recumbent Bike Review

 I have ridden this bike everyday for the last four years for 35 minutes.  It has served me well.  During that time I have had to replace straps that hold my feet on the pedals twice and the back cushion once.  Each time I called the parts department at their main headquarters, and they were invariably helpful and nice.  Once they did not have the parts in stock, and there was a delay in getting them.  Another time they sent the wrong part even though I'd given them the correct number from the diagram in the instruction book.  They said to just keep the wrong part, and they shipped the right one.  They did that promptly.  I have been very pleased with their parts replacement service.  They have been more helpful than any other company from which I've ordered replacement parts.  The bike has held up well considering the usage I have given it.  The electronic part has worked well, too.  The guidebook gives good directions for setting up an exercise program, and I have followed one they suggested.  It has provided the help I needed to keep me fit and strong.  When this bike wears out, I hope I can find another like it.
