Irish Spring is typically sold to/for men, but I (a woman) have been using sample sizes of this body wash as I got a plethora of them from an old roommate and I figured - why not? I actually found the smell to be refreshing and pleasant, although it definitely is intense as the name suggests. It leaves me with a nice clean feeling, and honestly a little bit of this body wash goes a long way (I would not suggest using more than maybe a quarter's size amount). I probably wouldn't purchase it in a full bottle size, but don't mind it in small travel/trial/sample size.

OUCH !! 40+ male here. Just jumped out of the shower screaming from using Irish Spring Intensify Body Wash. "Twig + berries" burning and a nasty red color. Rear end burning. Both my ears red as a beet and burning. This is not a body wash, it's a paint remover.  Avoid it at all costs.  Guys, you have been warned. Good thing I don't want children, because I think I've been neutered.   :(

What can I say about Irish Spring Intensify Body Wash?  Well, it's the last time my husband gets to pick the body wash.  This stuff is horrible.  It reeks to high heaven and it is so strong that tends to burn the eyes.  If you are sick it might be a good product, for it definitely opens up the sinuses.  Being the budget conscious person I am, we are using it all up but we are impatiently awaiting the day when we can buy a better body wash. I like Irish Spring products, but not this product. I rarely review products like this but I just couldn't stand the smell of this product.  It cleans well enough but I prefer to use something that doesn't make my eyes water and nose run.  The product says "Intense Clean: Feel it cool and tingle to shock the senses. Invigorating Formula: Spiked with eucalyptus for a jolt of freshness.".  It doesn't so much tingle as it does irritate.  The eucalyptus would definitely be the cause of it. I think they used too much. In short, I would not recommend this product, unless of course you have a cold.
