Ionic Pro Air Purifier - Full Size Review

After reading all of the great reviews on the Ionic Pro Air Purifier we decided to invest in one.  I am not really all that in love with this product.  I was under the impression that it would cut down on dust and the like but I have seen no difference at all.  Even right around the machine I see as many dust-bunnies as ever!  The Ionic pro is so quiet that I can never tell if it is even on .  Some might think quiet is great but I like a little white noise and I want to know that it is working.  I can say that whenever we clean it I can see the dust particles but it is such a minuscule amount that I can see why I see no difference in the house.  Perhaps I just expected to much out of this product.   I wonder if maybe I got a defective product because everyone else seems to love it.
