Living in Florida I always have a problem with frizz. I have tried so many different products. I like to straighten my naturally very wavy hair but it still looks so frizzy after I blow dry it. Once it is flat ironed it is okay but while shopping at Sally Beauty I saw a product called Ion Straightening Solutions. The bottle said: Heat activated smoothing for unruly, curlt, wavy and frizzy hair". the directions said it will protect hair from heat appliances and provides a smooth, easy guide for blow drying. I figured why not? This product does do what it says. It does not way down my hair and does not make my hair greasy. I apply about a quarter size and then blow dry. My hair comes out straight and shiny and I can actually say it feels silky. This is not something I have ever been to able to say after blow drying my hair. Since I have very thick hair I sometimes like to flat iron it after blow drying and it now takes much less time to flat iron and my hair does not frizz and stays soft and silky.
