Into The Wild Review

Normally i'm only a fan of comedies.  Last night my best friend told me about this movie she had recorded that is based on a true story of a man living around the same area i'm from.  I couldn't keep my eyes off of the television.  The beauty of not only the scenery but this young man's blatant happiness with absolutely nothing other than nature is amazing.  Seeing what he actually went through and knowing that his sister is the one who collected all of his notes over the years he was nomadic and published it makes me want to tear up.  The acting in the movie is the best i've seen in a long time.  Seeing his journey and feeling like you're right there with him really gave me a new outlook on life.  I wonder how someone the ripe age of 23-24 can go years on his own just being the happiest he has ever been and having no money, meeting so many wonderful people along the way makes me feel a little sad i didn't do the same thing.  The way he affects the lives of everyone he comes across gives you hope that not everyone out there is materialistic and vain.  I think everyone should watch this movie, it was absolutely wonderful.
