Intex 15X42" Frame Set Pool  —

I purchased an Intex round metal framed 48"x24'.  First, it's not an easy setup, lots of work!  The day after setup it collapsed because the feet on the metal poles are too small and therefore sunk into the ground.  Called Intex-horrible customer service, asked for a supervisor, stated they would call me back, never did.  Sent E-Mail, reply stated "we would not replace the parts because they were damaged due to set up on soft soil or loose soil, we warn against it in the manual. If you'd like replacement parts, I regret to inform you that you would have to purchase them.".  My soil is not soft AND it doesn't state that in the manual!  I had to pay $120 to replace some of the legs - I didn't even get all of them.  Please be aware that Intex is currently rated an "F" with the BBB.

I have to disagree strongly with you!! I have a 24 by 48 and and it was the easiest thing my hubby and I ever put together or took back apart!!!! My pool is going on 4 summers strong! And it has not always been perfectly level!!! And I;ve had as many as 10 people in it at one time!!! The only drawback I had was my pump was a chlorine generator(in other words I used salt) that part of the pump went but I still can use the pump I just turned my pool into a regular pool(no salt at startup) just shock and chlorine tablets thats it my pool stays clean! I clean it on a regular basis also I have the aqua bug!!
