Easy setup, Low cost maintenance, cheaper than some other pools, lots of fun, Intex's Saltwater system works with it!

Cons

more rust resistant poles, stronger posts, Pump filter is too small for this size

Intex 15X42" Frame Set Pool —

We have had our Intex pool for about 3 years. It has been a great pool for our two kids. It is not too big but not too small. Big enough for adults to get into on those hot hot days and cool down. About the right size for 2 to 4 kids depending on age. Our pool has held up well but we have had to replace a few poles due to rust. For 3 years of use I'd say we have gotten our moneys worth out of it. Pump has held up well but we have had to replace the hoses, should be a bit bigger though. We also use a salt water chlorinator which is great.

I don't really have any complaints other than I wish Intex would make the poles a bit stronger and more rust resistant and put a larger pump with it. The liner is very durable.

Great summer fun for the kiddos.
