great location for sightseeing and shopping

good amenities, efficient check-in, clean rooms, comfortable, great dining options, great location, well maintained, great staff, great value

When we arrived,late afternoon on a Saturday,our room was not ready. We had an hours delay to complete our check in. We received breakfast coupons for a satisfacory compenstation ( unasked!). I loooked at these as minor annoyances which did n ot detract from our enjoyment of the trip. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends, and will stay again on our next trip to Chicagoo.

Shopping: Short Walk, There is a free bus to the Navy pier.
