The Intercontinental was convienently located downtown. Right in the heart of chicago. Located on the most traveled street north Michigan ave. The beautiful staircase was an attraction and once inside the room it was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of closet space and a manificient view of downtown. Also, the bathroom was nice and clean. Another plus was being able to order room service at anytime-open 24 hrs. Loved it!!

Shopping: Short Walk, The Grand Lux Cafe is just a block away. There is a variety of great food to order. The menu has a huge selection of entrees.
