I have a 9 inch portable insignia but im sure it has the same features. I won this at a party
but, if i new how good it was i would be willing to spend the money about $150 to $200 to have it. It is a very good player. It plays all formats of dvd perfect. Some players are picky about what formats or brand name of dvd disc that play well. This one has had no glitches at all.
Sometimes i play burned dvd movies, and some players i have used in the past would not play some copies at all. When i got this one i put those copies i thought were bad and they played perfectly. Its great that it is small doesnt take up hardly any space. I have not used it as a portable yet. It has a battery pack that can be used on its own or hook it up in your car.
I can either watch stuff on the little screen or watch on my t.v. The picture quality is great but the sound could be better. The remote does suck, its laser is not very strong. But because of the quality of the player i can live with that. I would highly recomend anybody to buy this, it is well worth the money.
