Insight Communications - cable service —
I have the entire Insight bundle with cable phone, internet and HDTV. It very rarely goes out and is very dependable and reliable. Customer service is also very friendly and willing to listen and try to solve all of your problems or concerns. The main drawback to this service is the very limited HD channels, and the ones offered are bundled in a way that makes them priced higher than they should be. If you have a cable card, as I do, you would expect to receive all the HD cable channels available, but Insight has them packaged so that any that are not national broadcast channels, costs more each month. The reality is that even the bundles that are extra, are only about five channels, not worth the cost. Insight needs more HD channels period.
