I bought this sling when my daughter was an infant.  She was very small and I liked the idea of the velcro straps in the sling to help hold her inside.  I was a first time parent and new to baby wearing so I didn't really want to invest a lot of money in a sling at the time.  I thought that this sling would be a good place to start since it was priced around $20.

Once I tried to wear my daughter in the sling, I quickly discovered that I should have spent the extra money on a better quality one.  My daughter was lost in the sling and there was no way to tighten up the sling so that she was held very snugly against my body.  Whlie the straps inside would help to hold her in, she chould still have slipped out of the straps and she was swinging around as I walked around the house.  I felt like she would fall out if I was not extremely careful about how I walked.
