This is the only baby carrier I have owned but I rarely use it.  I have it adjusted as tight as it will go and it still does not adjust small enough to hold my son close to me when leaning forward.  My smallest move forward causes him to lean way forward.  Also the part of the carrier between his legs is very wide and is restrictive.  It is just not meant for small framed parents with bigger babies.
