Please note... with any carrier your child will probably cry at first since it is a new environment, give it a few tries and WALK AROUND! Babies like the movement and will usually settle down once you start moving. Also, people always asked me if I was worried my son would suffocate in this sling...obviously not or I wouldn't have used it :) It has mesh panels around the head area to ensure good airflow!
