The India Oven restaurant offers authentic Indian Food with lots of spice and flavor and is vegetarian friendly as well as offers great selections of chicken and lamb. The dishes are moderately priced and are a tasting adventure. For appetizers try the veggie samosas or the Sabji Pakora which is veggies dipped in a batter of garbanzo beans and flour and fried. They feature steaming soups like tomato and muligatawny as well as fresh salads. They specialize in tandoori dishes of roast chicken and lamb. They have a large selection of vegetarian delights. I love the mushroom mutter which is a mixture of mushrooms, tomatoes, spices, peas and onions. For a lot of spice try the vegetable curry. They offer lots of rice dishes which are tasty and satisfying and stuffed breads. For dessert try the Kulfi which is ice cream and pistachios or the unique flavored yogurts. This is a great way to travel to India in the middle of Las Vegas.
