Most HelpfulMy Take on the InStyler Rotating Curling Iron:
I had seen the infommercials on this product for several months before I talked myself into trying it. I felt $14.99 was a fair trial price for two InStylers. My first time out with this iron was a little dissappointing, but the second time I used it,...

Most HelpfulI bought the Instyler and they make you buy two when you do. Wasn't happy about that. Shipping took awhile. I gave one to my daughter and the other for me. The first time my daughter used her Instyler it overheated and broke. I called them as I had purchased a lifetime waranty. They said okay just...
review »I saw the infamercial on the InStyler hair tool (it is not a flat iron or a curl iron) I read up on it online to learn more. I was so amazed at what this tool could do (as most things you see on TV0) I am not a buy it cause I like it person but this really caught my eye beacause my hair is naturally curly & I have to give it a little help with styling products like gel, mouse, & hair spray. I like to wear my hair straight sometimes as well. I purchase a very good ceramic flat iron. After purchasing the InStyler & getting it in the mail, I used it as soon as I recieved it. I could not believe what...
review »The Instyler Rotating Flat Iron looks like one of those really kooky gadgets that you see on infomercials at 3:00am in the morning. I'm not one of those type of girls that is constantly at a hair salon getting her hair done. I just don't have the time or the patience to sit in a chair for an hour getting my hair styled. I am definitely not one of those people that spends hours doing her hair either. The Instyler Rotating Iron offered me an all-in-one tool to straighten, curl, or style my hair . Obviously, the results aren't any where what a professional can do but they're pretty...
review »I was so excited to try the Instyler Pro after all the infomercial hype, but was extremely disappointed in the reality of the product. It did not curl my hair at all, did not eliminate any of the fuzziness, and did not style my hair at all. I also found it heavy and hard to use, and it was very time consuming to do things the way they showed you in the instruction manual. There are also issues about having to buy two of them and not some folks not understanding how much the actual price would be. I bought mine from someone who did not want two of them, so I only paid half of the total price...
review »I was watching Tv one late night and he comercial for the InStyler showed up. At first I turned the channel but something the man said made me turn back and I sat and watched what he did to the black lady's hair and thats all i neeed. I brought the InStlyer about three months ago and i don't regret buyin it one bit. Its everyhthing you need when you can't afford to go get your hair done. I didn't get a perm for about 2 months because my InStyler did it all for me i washed and didn't even have to blow dry my hair i plugged up my InStlyer while I washed my hair and towel dryed my hair and started...
review »I have very curly hair and spent an hour using a round brush with a blow dryer to straighten my hair and then had to use a curling iron to put some style in my hair.
Then the InStyler came into my life. OMG! Where has it been all my life??? I now let my hair dry to damp naturally and in a matter of 20 minutes I have straightened hair ready to either use the curling iron to add more style or go as is.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this product and can't imagine doing without. I even take it with me when I get my hair cut every four weeks! In fact my stylist has ordered it because she LOVED it so much too. ...
review »I absolutly love my InStyler! I cannot live without it! If you have seen any of the advertisements for the InStyler, I'm here to tell you that it does everything it claims. I think it actually does more. They say not to use products in your hair, but I must have some kind of moisture in my hair; so I use DooGrow. In spite of using the DooGrow, the InStyler still does a great job on my hair. I have gotten countless complements about my hair since I started using the InStyler. People actually think that I have permed my hair. They especially think that because my hair is naturally very curly. They...
review »I'm a sucker for infomercials. I admit it. No matter how corny, silly or over-the-top, once I watch it's hard to stop, and once it's over, I "Call Now!"
The good thing is that, if I can pull myself away, the fever does subside and I wonder what got into me.
Not so with the InStyler. I watched the infomercial while visiting my son last year, and didn't order it, but ever since, it's haunted me.
I watched while waiting for my son to get ready to go into town with me. Oh, I could have changed the channel. And at every cutaway to the vacuous chicks overemoting in sundresses -- breaking into...
review »When I first the seen the infomercials about the Instyler, my first thought was yeah right, that thing wont work and only get tangled up in my hair. I came across it one day while searching for something else on Ebay and I ordered the Instyler and got it at a great price. I never in a million years thought I would pay more then $10.00 for a hair straightener but I am glad I bought this one for $79.00. I tried it the very first day I got it and OH MY GOSH! Its awesome, my hair is long thin and curly, very dry and this iron is so wonderful I don't know why I waited so long to buy it. The only...
review »I saw the instyler on an infomercial and thought yes finally something that will work on my curly hair and my daughter and dauther in laws straight hair. Sadly I was mistaken. My hair gets about half way straight no matter how long I use this thing. We all end up with frizzy hair no matter how long we use this and no matter what hair care product we use with it. My daughters hair doesn't change at all. My daughter in laws gets straight for about thirty minutes. I thought okay maybe we are just not getting what they are saying about how to use it you have all these instructions about how you...
review »The Instyler is the best flatiron that I have ever used. It works better than the Chi professional irons, which I previously thought were the best product I had used. My hair is very dry and lifeless from years of coloring and when I use this, I my feels sleek and silky. I t actually makes my damaged hair look healthy. On the infomercials, it looks complicated to use and I was very skeptical about buying one since i am not that great with hair. My thirteen year old daughter and I love it. You now get two for the price of one. It definitely works best on dry(not wet) hair and you also...
review »I saw the InStyler advertised on late night tv and just kept on watching. Of course, I was skeptical because most things sold on television aren't as great as they appear.
My daughter went to the mall and had her had done by a sales rep for InStyler. I was so impressed by how it worked, I ordered one the next time I saw it on tv! You get to try it risk-free in your home for $14.99 for the first 30 days. If you decide to keep it, you are billed the rest of the amount (see instyler.com for details).
I have naturally wavy hair that tends to dry out easily. I have used regular, flat-iron straighteners...
review »When I purchaced the InStyler the Rotating Iron I thought this was it. This would be the iron for me. I am a very busy mom of two boys. I have tried other flat irons before and they were not bad. I saw the InStyler and thought wow my hair won't look so dry and i will be able to add body or curls. I thought this was going to be a great product.
Well the product straightens and adds some body. However be-careful of the rotating iron. I have long hair and with the iron rotating in a counter clockwise directions my hair tangled and would get caught in the crease between the rotating iron and the...
