The Apex Olympic Bench AX-PWR7 from Impex Fitness Products is an outstanding home gym.  It was easy to put together and is sturdy and durable.  You can exercise all muscle groups.  The bench is separate from the tower, so you have more exercise options.  Bench attachments include leg extensions and curls, plus a preacher curl attachment.  The bench is adjustable for incline and decline exercises.  The tower includes a walk in squat rack, a pulley system for lats exercises, an adjustable pulley system for rows, lifts, abductions, and a place to store weights.  If you enjoy using free weights, this system gives you options to exercises in one system.  You don't need to go to a gym and wait in line to get to different stations because you're at home with one station.  I've had mine for five years now, and I love it!  I work out when it's convenient for me in the privacy of my own home.  No time spent driving back and forth.  No membership fees or money spent on gas.
