Here is a product that I have found to be a necessary staple in my pantry. I couldn't believe it the first time I tried these "instant" potatoes. They taste absolutely like you cooked them from fresh - only no lumps! Quick and easy to cook too. I had my parents over for dinner and served these potatoes without mentioning they were instant. My mother tasted them and said "oh I just LOVE real potatoes. Not those instant kinds". HA! She couldn't even tell! She was amazed when I told her - and now she buys them too.
