IAMS Healthy Naturals Dry Dog Food (7-lb bag) Reviews

My  2 dogs started eating Iams Healthy Naturals about a month ago and I am really impressed with the nice results so far.  They were eating a high end food and my male began chewing and biting his legs and paws and the female had chronic loose stools. I knew this food was really not agreeing with either one but I really wanted the best diet possible for them and somehow I associated highest price=best food.  Was I wrong!   Out of frustration I picked up a bag of the Healthy Naturals and began transitioning them from the old food to the Iams, increasing the Iams every day until they were...

I found quite a decrease in stools while feeding this product.  ALSO, the smell of the stool was much easier on the senses, something we can ALL benefit from!

The dogs loved it.  It was just the right size for my girls.  Neither one had any problem with the size of the morsels.  Both bowls were cleaned up almost as fast as I put them down!  

With this food I also found that I could add a little warm water to it and make a nice wet food as a special treat.  I was able to mix their vitamins supplement in the wet meal and they never knew...

My 6 year old lab starting have uncontrollable diarrhea in the living room at night and it continued over the next few days. About to bring her to the vet, I pondered what could have poisoned her? My 15 year old lab seemed to have gas but be generally alright. The 6 year old who has always loved dinner time, would only walk up to her bowl and turn her head away. I realized that as I had transitioned their food to the iams healthy natural, the sicker she was getting. After a few days, even the older male was starting to have intense gas and diarrhea... Since switched to a locally made (expensive)...

I only feed my dogs iams. they don't eat as much and are very regular.
