I was trying the freeware, it totally messed with my computer. Computer froze when I tried to remove the product. I would not want to use the Pro product if this is the case with the preview. It gets in your register and deletes more than it should. This is my second experience with this product. I had a friend work on my computer and they added without telling me. When you try to delete it you are not able to get the entire product off your computer. f it wasn't for Norton my laptop would be totally useless to me right now. Detection Rate Goes into programs and delete things it should leave alone, this may be a ploy to get you to buy the Pro product. I do not like this type of policy. Ease of Use It ran even when I did not want it to. Scan Speed Scan speed was very fast. Availability of Updates I am not sure on this point, the only update i was aware of was to buy the Pro. Compatibility Made a big mess of my computer, can not see where it is compatible with any program.
