As an entertainment writer, I use IMDB.com often, especially when writing a biography. It provides usually its own short biography on a performer, and a filmography list, as well as trivia. And by checking into the filmography list, I can find out what the movie or television show is about, when it was made, who it starred, and questions and comments made by fans. I love going to this web site for "where are they now" information. I will usually catch an old movie and see someone that I will wonder about.
I love this site as it tells me what they are doing now or in the near future, as well as quotes, etc.
I also enjoy looking up the movies to see the trivia and goofs and interesting endings that I may have missed as I left the theater.
