IMDB Review

After I watch a movie, I go to the Internet Movie Database or Imdb.com. This is Mecca for entertainment junkies. Although it has movies in the title, it also covers television shows. It has actor biographies, trivia, and discussion boards and tells when movies were made and information about the people behind the scenes. It is interesting to see which celebrities are related, celebrity scandals, and celebrity deaths. It is sad to see guest stars on sitcoms are dead even if they hadn't acted in twenty years. Some child stars turned adults have current pictures, and it is fun to see the changes. The search function is great as you can search by title, name, character, and other terms. I have spent more time than I want to admit reading about every television show and movie I've ever watched. The ads can be annoying, but they're not at the site every time. If you want to know the cast list for your favorite movie or when a celebrity was born, this is the place for you.
