Let me just say that everyone in customer service at Ikea Baltimore was very nice and professional. I went there two weeks ago to pick up a bed, etc. I was told that they didn't have anyone to operate the forklift so I could either come back in nine hours or return the next day. Another gentleman offered me free home delivery which I gladly accepted. Urban Express is something else, but that's for another review. Ikea sent me two of the same box. I called and was told I would receive a call to resolve the problem within two days. At the end of the third day I was calling them. Another day was set up for delivery, but then I get a message the next day saying we had to move the delivery date because they were booked. I wrote an email to them but never received a response. I work in customer service and I know mistakes happen, but their lack of concern was disappointing.
