I bought two of the IKEA Stefan chairs to go with my Bjursta table in black-brown.
Like most of the IKEA furniture, home assembly is required. Unfortunately with this piece of furniture, you can tell you had to put it together yourself. I occassionally have to push pieces of the chair back into place. The parts of the chair also feel a bit light. Maybe it's user error, but I don't love these chairs the way I love the table. I would be happier with them if they felt a little more solid, but I guess that's what you get with a $20 chair?
On the plus side, the chairs match the table beautifully, in both color and style. It's a simple design and perfect for a household that's a step above eating on the couch but not quite ready for formal dining areas.
The chairs are easy to clean and also move due to the light weight. I wouldn't recommend for a household with small children. They're easy to chip and don't seem incredibly durable.
Bottom line, they're a step above poor, college-kid furniture and a step below "grownup" dining room furniture.
