IKEA Markor TV Unit Review

When my husband and I got married, we combined all of our individual stuff to make our home.  That meant a beige couch with a light colored bookshelf, an ugly, worn out recliner (his of course) and other items that didn't match or even look nice together.  We went to IKEA for a whole new living room and bedroom and love everything we got.

The IKEA Markor TV Unit we got is a gorgeous dark brown/black color and has two glass doors and three shelves.  The top part of the TV stand is wide enough and long enough to house any size TV.  We have the speakers for the stereo on each side of the TV and it looks very nice.  The three shelves accommodate our XBOX 360, DVD player, stereo, chess game, DVDs and video games.  We have ample space for other things if needed. 

The beautiful glass doors are gone from my unit because my fabulous 20 month old son wanted to hang on the door and the hinge broke off and the glass in the door broke.  We couldn't have just one glass door, so my husbad removed the other side and bam - it looks great again!

The IKEA Markor TV Unit is made of spruce tree wood and looks very nice.  We own the matching Markor Bookcase, so our living room matches and looks gorgeous!
