IBM Thinkpad Review

This is my second Thinkpad and I'm very satisfied with it. My first Thinkpad, also of the R series, had a defective hard drive (it conked out about a week after I purchased it)--which would lead one to think that I would never buy Thinkpads again. But after-sales service was pretty good. I explained that I had a presentation the next day, and they repaired it within the same day. The technician put in overtime and finished at about 7 or 8 pm. While waiting, I got a hair treatment at the salon.
