We have three ctas, all around 8 years old. We have tried the regular brands (Meow Mix, Purina, etc.) but our cats seem to throw them up. One brand is particularly disgusting- the half digested food is orange and leaves terrible stains on the carpets. We have had very few episodes of throwing up... review »

While using this food my cats had plenty of energy but after couple of weeks I started to notice my one cat was frequently urinating (much more then usual) I took him to the vets and as told he was diabetic. Iams did not give him diabetes but was told that "Feeding Iams to a cat was like Feeding...

My cat is picky and will eat NOTHING else...not even fancy feast

The cat is the bane of my budget...the dog eats the store brand food like a good boy, but my cat will rip my house into pieces if I do not keep her bowl filled to the very top every day. I like this particular type of IAMs cat food because it has both weight control (my cat is obese) and hairball control (so I can sleep at night without being woken by those horrid hacking noises). It is waaay more expensive than I would like to spend on cat food, but I apparently have no choice.

I love the Iams indoor cat formula. For a brief time, I had switched to another brand and my cat started to shed her hair all over. So I went back to the Iams and it stopped. The vet said she has the best coat they have seen in a while. I love my cat and she deserves the best, even if it is a few more dollars. I will never change her food again. I recommend Iams to every pet owner. It is definatly a healthier choice.

Good quality product for multiple cat households. I have a couple cats who are pigs, and a couple cats who are not as voracious. This product helps me manage everyone's needs. The kittens even prefer this product to the IAMS kitten food, which is not necessarily bad; they just need to eat to grow.
