I Have To Have That is a website that appeals to the bargain hunter and impulsive shopper in us all. This site offers a deal a day, often an electronic but it could be just about anything. Our shopping gurus love to see what the next "That" will be and they say that great deals can be had by waiting for the right item to come along. There are no returns unless the items are defective but that doesn't stop our reviewers from giving this site a big thumbs up! Like deal a day websites? Hot on the heels of Woot!, more websites are selling a deal a day. One I just purchased from is I Have To Have That (www.ihavetohavethat.com). This site sells a deal a day, a side deal, and a few extras. Prices are usually really good for their deals - and not as junky as Woot's can be.

I ordered two "messenger bags with mystery crap" that were supposed to be filled with "mystery crap". When they arrived my invoice clearly showed "messengers bags filled with mystery crap". I love the site, I Have To Have That. Each day you can receive an email from these very humorous guys letting you know the bargain of the day. Apparently, they buy bulk items, flexible tripods, stereo systems, massagers,etc....and sell at fabulous prices. They don't tell you how many they have in the warehouse, so its a rush to read the details while watching a little clock ticking off time. Hopefully you order one before they run out of stock. And literally, its a rush, at least for this thrill seeker.
The great thing about I Have To Have That is the price. They mark the prices down ridicuosly...

I purchased two items from IHTH - a USB hdtv tuner, and a wireless light switch.
Both items did not work. Now - okay, it happens.. i wouldn't be giving this review if it ended there.
I contacted IHTHT to open up an RMA ticket. at first i got a little bit of runaround.. which was followed by completely rude replies, accusing me of having broke them (sorry, d-bags, i really don't have any reason to waste my money buying things, waste my time breaking your dollar-store items and then waste my time trying to return them.)

I have purchased many things from IHTHT and have been very happy with everything. The items they have for sale are practical and useful, especially if you are looking for gifts. Unlike the other 1 item per day sites, IHTHT offers such things as childrens toys and gadgets, not just techie stuff like Woot.com. I love getting the daily e-mails and looking to see what they are offering! I even have my husband hooked....he now asks "what's selling today?" Like the other reviewer I too would like to see a flat rate for shipping, but since this is a relatively young site maybe flat rate shipping...

I don't like the site because when I placed my order and go through the final process I got a messege that said my order has not been placed however the money came out of my checking immediately! I go to my account it show no order was place....and the site has no help nor does it have any information on what to do in this situation. I am a big fan of Woot.com. I 've never had anythinglike this happen. So where to go from here? For a first experience...I will have to say I won't be using this "I have to have that" anymore!
