The movie does not give you all the information about how things happened. Start showing something and then suddenly jump to 3 years later. Is in the person watching the movie pay attention to put thing together and realize what happened with his family , the rest of the world and how he has a dog. Also at what level he feel responsible for what happened and being a scientist he is desperate trying to find a cure.
They find a good way to show how dependable we are to the society and how is human nature to do not be alone. By the ending of the movie it show the need of faith in God to believe that things can go better and show the old fighting between science and faith.
Even if is not a outstanding movie shows different topics that are part of our daily life and usually we do not think about that, it put the viewers in the situation to think about the unthinkable.
