My husband and I were just sick over putting out another 1k for a minor repair to our SAAB 9-5 last year when a friend suggested we buy a new car and recommended the Hyundai sonata.  Our SAAB was 8 years old.  We loved it.  It was the first 'classy' car we had ever purchased and came with lots of bells and whistles. But money had become tight when I came down with breast cancer the year before and couldn't work as much.  The maintenance cost was beyond us.  This was the second friend to recommend a Hyundai - so I was curious.

We went to a nearby Hyundai dealer over presidents...

After owning another Hyundai model, I bought this one for my wife. It is so pleasant to drive we take it on trips. The interior space is amazing for such a small car. I also enjoy the XM Radio. Hyundai warrenty and service allow you to drive without worry, This little car is fun.

I bought my 2007 Hyundai Sonata brand new in 2006. It is the first new car I have ever purchased and did a lot of research before I bought this one. One of the selling points for me was the warranty, it's the best out there ( 10yr/100,000miles). Overall I have to say that I have been pleased with the car. The pro's so far have been pretty good gas mileage, runs very smooth, has a lot of power, very quiet inside while driving, love the heated seats :o), trunk has a lot of room, leather seats are easy to clean, good sound on the radio, air cond. comes out strong and cools fast....The cons so far...

If you are looking for a great car at a good price - Hyundai is the dealer for you.  This was my first new car and I got a great deal on it.  I wanted something that was friendly on the budget but didn't skimp on safety or options.  This car has every available option you can think of.  It also has gotten rave reviews on the safety side as well.  I'm cheap.  I'll admit it.  The Sonata turned out to be the perfect car for me.  It's great on gas and the warranty on the vehicle is excellent.  The interior is holding up nicely - I have a dog and he rules the large backseat.  Take the Sonata...

If you're looking for the "best bang for your buck" then you are looking at the right car. The Hyundai Sonata is a great car and is high on my list of recommendations. While not as flashy as some cars, this one is practical, functional, and great on a commuters wallet. For the price savvy, this car shouldn't hurt the pocketbook on the initial price, or at the pumps. Dependability a factor? Check out the warranty. It's backed by one of the best warranties--100,000 miles to be exact. This is a great commuter car. While not flashy, you won't feel bad piling clients inside to take them to lunch. For... review »

My daughter was involved in an accident in June 2008.  Thank goodness she was not injured, but my 2005 Dodge Magnum was totaled.

Since I was spending close to $70 per week, I told my husband I wanted something, anything that would be cost efficient.  After seeing television commercials about the Hyundai Sonata's gas mileage, I decided to test drive one.

I am proud to say I am a proud owner of a 2007 Hyundai Sonata with a V-6 engine.  Not only is my desire to save money on gasoline satisfied, but also my desire to drive faster than I should. ; )  I now spend less than $30 per week on gasoline...

Quiet ride. Safety features are great. I thought the heated car seats were kind of silly, but wow, is it ever nice when you live where it snows, has ice storms and temperatures under 40! The trunk space is big and the back seats fold down if you need to carry something longer. I researched and test drove so many cars within this category and this one impressed me the most that was in my price range. I got the 6 cylinder so when I need the power it kicks in fast! It comes with a trunk opener and this has come in so handy when shopping in bad weather. If you have three people in the back seat there's... review »

I should have gone with the larger engine.  Do not save money...get the bigger engine.  A great car, with all the extras.  There should have been an adapter for an MP3 player, but the cd player will play MP3.  Certainly worth the money

This car blows my mind. It is so driveable. I truly enjoy being in it and the gas mileage is an added bonus. It is comfortable and the customer service I have received at the dealer is great. I love this car.
