Hyundai Entourage - 2007 Review

We bought a Hyundai Entourage (2008) the Monday after Thanksgiving to replace my Ford WindStar (the transmission went out on the WindStar for the third and last time). On Christmas Day our Entourage was demolished in an accident on our way home from my sisters house. Our airbags deployed and no one was injured. I am thankful for the safety features on this vehicle. We were hit right in front of the drivers door and I honestly feel if we were in another vehicle my husband would have been killed. The car that hit us pushed us through a "bridge may be icy" sign that was put up on two landscape timbers and we broke through both landscape timbers. The car ran up along the whole side of the van damaging the entire drivers side. The passangers side was damaged by the road sign. It was very scary for us all but no glass broke and the air bags did their thing! I immediately called the dealer the next morning and told him I needed another van just like the one I had. He asked me to look at one the same color but it was a 2007 limited Entourage. I fell in love with the 2007 limited Entourage. It has everything I wanted in a van that the one we wrecked didn't have like heated leather seats, lumbar support, dvd player, 6 cd changer, tape deck. I like how the seats fold into the floor. This is very convienent when shopping. The well behind the back seats is nice and deep. I also like the lifetime tire plan. We bought the gap insurance on both vans and was really glad we did so when we had the wreck. This van handles so nice and runs very quiet. Also the was the headlights are it is easier to see the road at night. The electric doors all around is great also. I like the electric drivers seat works for us also - mu husband is 6 ft tall and I am 5 ft 3 in tall so it is easy to adjust the seat for us. This van does everything but talk. It tells me if my tires are low on air, how many more miles I can go on the tank of gas, the temperature outside, gas mileage, and it has dual controls for the air conditioning or heat. I like the two glove compartments!
