Hyland's Calms Forte —

I love Hyland's Calms Forte because for the first time in a long time I had a full night of sleep! I've always had a hard time sleeping. Most nights I just can't get comfortable or lay still. Some nights I grind my teeth. Either way I'm waking up over and over throughout the night. I've tried regular sleep aids but the next day I'd feel like I hadn't even slept. And prescription sleeping pills, if they were even an option, have to many side-effects. I take Calms Forte about 30mins. before bed. It doesn't make me drowsy. It just relaxes me so I can sleep. There's no teeth grinding or waking up having to move around. And because the ingredients are all natural, there's no side-effects. I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed!
