I am a huge believer in homeopathic remedies, as I have had great success with such.

Arnica montana is terrific for muscle pulls. I twisted my back a few evenings ago during a rehearsal, and when I arrived home about 3 hours later I was extremely uncomfortable. I took a dose of arnica montana and went to bed shortly after. The next day I had forgotten it even happened. That next evening I was in rehearsal in exactly the same situation to cause another pull, and I was a little concerned that it would re-aggravate it. But nothing. The arnica took care of it thoroughly.

These quick-dissolve tablets are terrific, but if I need to carry a homeopathic remedy with me (such as nux vomica for stomach upset) I have to use another brand that uses the hard pellets so they won't disintegrate in my purse or backpack.
