I started taking hydroxycut about five weeks ago. I noticed after the first few days my stomach felt slightly flatter. I am a full time student and i also work, I don't have much time to worry with my weight. With hardly any time for homework, working out is on the bottom of my to-do list. I have noticed an increase in my energy level, but sometimes it almost feels like I need to take my hydroxycut because my energy level is dropping. I am watching what I eat, and I have cut out all caffine except what I'm getting in my dietary suppliment. I weighed one sunday and was at 186. The next sunday I weighed I was 179. I have weighed off and on since then (that was appx week 3) and I haven't noticed much difference. It curbs my appetite if I drink the reccommended amount of water. I have a little more heart burn than before I started. That wasn't a super common problem with me before H.C. Sometimes it makes me shake if I have gone to long without eating. I would definitly recommend this to others. The seven pounds lost in a week might have only been water weight, but it motivated me! With watching my portion control and my choices and my water intake I'm looking forward to some major results soon!
