High priced but poor value

good amenities, clean rooms, comfortable, great location, well maintained, great staff

The hotel is in the process of renovation and everything is inconvenient. The rooms are reasonable for its price and the amenities acceptable. The opening hours of the gym and swimming pool are unrealistic: 7am to 7pm. Most guest with business matters would not be able to relax therein. Food is rather high priced for what they are. Although I have to say, the food is reasonable. The fact that they allow a late check out of 2pm for my late departure flight is appreciated.
