The inside of the hotel was very nice but once I got a look at the rooms and pool I was a bit let down.
Every where you look in the area around the hotel is under construction. I stayed there on a Saturday so noise was not an issue.
The rooms were nothing special but spacious with a changing area and bathroom separate from the rest of the room.
The balcony doors were closed off but I did at least get a nice view of the draw bridge.
The pool was very small for such a large hotel but it was well kept and warm.
Prices for food and drinks in the hotel are very high in price but I expected that for a downtown hotel.
We walked to Quizznos subs for lunch, had pizza delivered for dinner, and walked to a near by bakery for breakfast. I would not suggest you walk the area at night but during the day it was fine.
Bottom line, for $85 this hotel was worth the price but I sure did expect more out of a Hyatt. Next time, I will go for the Intercontinental.
