I love trying different hot sauce. This hot sauce is on the thick side (not watery or thin like most hot sauces) so you can use this to dip food in. This hot sauce is utilized in almost all Asian homes and restaurants. This sauce packs some heat so be prepared. This sauce can be used for Asian style foods like dumplings, wontons or chicken. This is a different type of hotsauce I have this in my house next to my "franks hot sauce" and tabisco sauce. It is a worthy addition to the kitchen. It is available in most Asian grocery markets.

I'm a big advocate for using hot sauce as a condiment on everything. Texas Pete is my usual go-to, or hispanic hot sauces, but I got turned onto Sriracha recently by a friend. It's delicious! Just like Tex Pete, you can put it on *anything*. I use it for french fries, pasta, soup, sandwiches, pizza, whatever. It's got an interesting almost cocktail-like taste to it, and it's hot enough to notice but not so hot that it's unbearable. Most hot sauces I try have an overwhelming vinegar flavor, and even though I'm from the south that's not always good. Sriracha is a good medium to everything! I'd definitely suggest it to anyone who wants to start spicing up their dishes without going "all out". Not to mention, it's super cheap!

This has been one of my favorites for years. It has an actual flavor not just hot and I can still taste my food. It's not too overpowering. I feel I can really control the heat pretty-well without the need for a surprise. Just good sauce!

Garlic chili paste is a great side condiment.  We had this for the first time at a resort where it was served alongside of a noodle soup with seafood, snow peas, and steamed fresh vegetables.   This works at home to dress up a simple meal.  Be careful about adding the paste to a hot soup as it can overwhelm it and make it too hot.  Using it as a side dip adds a great touch and lets you control the heat.  It is also very good when drizzled over Chinese and Thai rice dishes.  It adds a lot of flavor while cutting down on the salty flavor that you can get with too much soy sauce.  You can cut down on the amount of meat that is used in a recipe and supplement with lower cost / lower calorie vegetables because of the extra flavor.  It is very low in calories and a little goes a long way.  A bottle of this will last for a long time when stored in your refrigerator.  Be careful if you use it on the grill or the broiler, the steam can contain some of the spices and be quite intense.  We always have this on hand as a staple.

Sriracha is so good.I first tried this product at a Japanese steak house whrn it came on some suchi thta we had ordered. I was a bit sceptical at first.Some resturants use the cheapest stuff, hotttest and none flavorful stuff.BUT to my surprise this was so, so good. I found myslef asking for the bottle and I put it on my chicken, steak and even my fried rice.WOW! It is good.Hot yes but so muhc added flavor. My daughter and husband  love it too.
