I hate my machine, I bought it August 2011 and have yet to sew a quilt that I am happy with. The technicians at Sewing Machines Plus make you feel stupid and I have been sewing for over 40 years! I saved up for years to buy a longarm machine and I wished I never bought it. Stitch Performance I can get it to sew at all. and when it did sew it constantly skipped stitches Ease of Use No instruction manual with the machine I downloaded it from the internet and other than how to thread it and the pictures are so small that you can't see what they are showing anyways. Fabric Handling rails are wimpy and you can't truly get a good stretch on your quilt. Design It's very hard to actually attach everything to the table evenly. I have gone back to stretching my quilts on the floor and pinning them before attaching them to the table.
