Husky Contractor Clean Up Bags Review Summary

Got a big cleaning job to do? Our reviewers recommend Husky Contractor Clean Up Bags to hold all your trash. These extra strong, extra large inexpensive clean up bags are for more than just your typical trash – this is for the heavy duty stuff. RudiXeno says, “Whether I'm cleaning up the mess from a home construction project or just the accumulation of years of "stuff" this is my indispensable item.” Rndm says, “-they are the right tool for the job when it comes to picking up everything from old carpeting to nail-filled baseboaards and carpet tacking.” Sharp objects don’t poke holes through these heavy duty bags making disposal safer and easier. They are a little more expensive than other trash bags, but worth the cost. A4gotn1 says, “I would rather have to drag one bag that isn't going to break then carry several that will! Don’t stop here with your honey do list – find out other ways to get your whole house clean by reading more cleaning product reviews, making a list and checking it twice – then handing it to the nearest handyman or woman.

After successfully putting it off for weeks (maybe even months), the good Mrs. Xeno has me committed to completing a total clean up of our garage.  It is in fact a "must do" project since we have a contractor who will be redesigning the space for us.

"Must do" or not, this project just doesn't play to my strengths.  I'm a pack rat.  I save everything.  In fact it was only last year that I could finally part with a couple of research papers I did as a college senior.  This from a man who recently witnessed the birth of his first grand daughter!

When faced with a project like this I just put...

I found these a few years ago. We were going to be doing some basement/garage clean up and I wanted/needed something strong! I was worried about anyone that would handle them after we filled them because of anything sharp and to honest I wanted a few HUGE bags instead of a lot of wimpy ones. At that time, they could only be found at Home Depot, Thankfully, they now can be found at Target, Walmart and Weis. I did put they get to heavy as a "con" but did that for those who may not be able to life heavy things. These bags are very big.... tall and wide and do get heavier than you think and quicker... review »

We used Husky Contractor Clean Up Bags while renovating our home. While they were more expensive than your run of the mill garbage bags--they are the right tool for the job when it comes to picking up everything from old carpeting to nail-filled baseboaards and carpet tacking. THey are very tall, so there is room to fill the bags, and tie them off securely, making for a convenient handle. They are tough and roomy, and made for convenient transport of bulky and unwieldy items. We even used them to protect the floor on occasion. I'll use them again for my next major project.

These are great trash bags.  The husky trash bags work wonderful they are strong and last awhile.   For the amount of bags you get in a box for the price is very reasonable.  I have tried many different types of trash bags and none of them compare to what we get with these husky bags.  I love them because i can feel them up and not have to worry about the bags ripping out on me between my inside trash cans and my outside trash cans.  I would recommend anyone that has a family to get these bags because they are duriable and they last.  I can buy one box and they will last me for months. ...

Ive hualed everything from bush's, Bricks....and even helped a friend move with these before. Althought they do scatch up the bottom of the bag while hualing very heavy books draging on the ground (and that was to be expected)....they did stand up well everytime ive used them. Ive even used them to bag up cactus while clearing property in the desert of Southern Arizona...they worked wonders.

If there's one thing we can't do without at our home, it's the Husky Contractor Clean-up Bags. They hold just about anything and everything without breaking (this is especially good when cleaning up the yard and the hubby's home improvement projects). They also hold a lot of weight without tearing.

This product is best used for a person that lives alone. For a person that does not have to throw away things often. Although it has good captivity filling with to much stuff makes it harder for one to carry out. Being to heavy stretches the elastic handles making it hard to carry. There were times when the elastic broke.  This bsg is better being carried with a small amount of trash. This bag would be ideal to use outside for yard work. raking leaves being that leaves aren't so heavy.
