If you've looked at my profile photos you'll see that I love home grown veggies.  There is nothing that compares to the flavor of fresh, as we say here in the south, 'maters picked right off the vine and sliced with your supper.  Last year I had a bountiful tomato harvest.  I canned most of them and gave many away to friends and neighbors.  I also love freshly made tomato sauces with Italian herbs and garlic.  Earlier this year, I'd opened the last of my canned tomatoes, and I needed some for our spaghetti dinner.  I had a coupon for two cans of Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with...
