After watching Al Gore's excellent and eye-opening documentary, An Inconvenient Truth, my interest was renewed in purchasing a programmable thermostat to replace the stock mechanical unit that came with our house some 5 years ago. I had wanted to purchase and install a programmable thermostat for quite some time, but I never quite got around to the deed. budget-conscious, a green thumb
I bought this after buying my 1st house, which was built in 1908. I installed this mysely in — about an hour. I love the settings for during the week & the seperate settings for the weekend. — I have an oil burner & radiators threw the house and with this it kept us in comfort all winter long (East coast).
