Hunter Quiet Flow True Hepa Replacement Filter —

I've been really impressed with my Hunter Quiet Flo Air Purifier and want to keep it running day and night!  One way to ensure that the air purifier is working as intended is to periodically replace the filter. In this case I have a Hunter True Hepa Replacement Filter, which is suitable for a wide variety of Hunter Quiet Flo Air Purifier models.

The Hunter True Hepa Replacement Filter measures roughly 9'' across and 12'' in height. It's made of thick, white paper that is specially treated. The filter is designed to capture 99.97% of small particles in the air down to the size of 0.3 microns. This is important because small particles can be more easily inhaled deep into your lungs without being expelled by your respiratory system.

The filter is very easily replaced by unplugging the air purifier, taking off the front cover grille, and just replacing the filter affixed inside. I noticed the new filters are wrapped in plastic inside the box, which helps maintain cleanliness. My unit also has a carbon filter in front to remove odors. That can be replaced or cleaned periodically.

The Hunter True Hepa Replacement Filter should last up to 1 year. That's good because they are not cheap; I paid about $35 for it!  However, I have been very happy with the cool, refreshing air pumped-out by this air purifier so won't complain too much about the cost. I highly recommend replacing the filter are needed to maintain healthy air quality in your home, or wherever you are running your unit.

Good reminder for me. I've got a different brand, but keeping all filters clean and fresh is important.

We have a Hunter air purifier and just replaced these on both of ours (ouch), but they have helped everyone's asthma around here.
