Hungry Girl is my favorite website and I love the weekly emails through the newsletter. This site offers amazing diet advice and food solutions to your sweetest cravings. For anyone who loves to indulge in that piece of pie after dessert or hates to feel guilty when they have just one more piece of chocolate, this is a great resource for you. Hungry Girl offers real advice on what to eat when you go to your local fast food place, and the real amount of calories in your favorite foods. My favorite part of the website is the recipes for great tasting foods that you love, but reinvented so they are low in fat and calories. This is an amazing site for those who want to watch their weight but still love food and going out. Sign up for the weekly emails, because I look forward to them in my inbox and they always teach me something new and offer a new delicious recipe or food to try.
