Hungry Girl —
I've subscribed to this website and email for as long as I've known about it. I even have a folder in my email box where I keep every HG newsletter and email. I've been eating VERY healthy for 12 years, so some of the advice is old hat to me, but it's always good to be reminded that eating right doesn't have to be hard or boring. Long live HG!
