Does not work as advertised. Warranty is useless. We called the local company that sold the unit and they referred us to the manufacturer. We called them several times but have not heard back from them. We are now using a dehumidifier that cost a fraction of the price. Save your money and buy a dehumidifier

Just purchased last week. Prior to that we had excessive condensation on all our windows due to renovations on our older home . we installed the Unit on saturday. sunday morning we had no condensation and still after having very cold nights,we still do not have condensation .Plus our air quality is much better. Thank you Humidex

If you have mold and mildew in your basement or crawlspace you need to get this.  It really works!  When we moved in we saw a little mildew on the basement walls but shortly after installing the humidex, it was gone.  We tell everyone about this great product.
