I bought a refurbished unit from VitalityWeb through eBay for about $85 including shipping costs (about 1/2 price of what retailers like Sharper Image charge). Compared to lower priced units, this massager delivers more a more powerful and deeper foot massage. It uses percussive pads that vibrate rapidly. In fact, the higher settings are usually too intense for me. User also needs to wear socks. I sometimes experience foot pain and found this massager very helpful to relieving discomfort. As a teacher standing most of the day, I look forward to using this massager in the evenings. In my opinion, no need to pay full retail price. This unit can be labeled under iJoy, Human Touch or Interactive Health. All the same. It's made by the same maker of chair massagers.
