Huggies Snug and Dry Review Summary

Huggies Snug and Dry Diapers are “the greatest” by many of our diaper changing parent reviewers. They are very absorbent and a perfect fit. One mom says, “They fit perfectly to shape of my little fat man as he moves and plays These diapers often offer coupons discounts, making the somewhat higher price easier to bear and April says, “Any product that works as well as these do are well worth the price.” Another diaper changing parent says, “If you want dependability, cost friendly, rash free coverage, especially for hard working, sleepy mothers, this will be your best friend.” What more could a parent want in a diaper? It wasn't until my son turned 9 months old that I decided I should try other brands of diapers.  I had been using Luvs diapers since the day he was born because they were inexpensive and seemed to be doing a good job.  So far I have tried three different brands: Luvs, Huggies Snug & Dry and Target...

I can't resist anything sold in bulk, especially if it comes from Costco. What's not to like about a box of 168 diapers, especially if I can pick it up at the same time as my paper towels and huge box of Lara bars? Unfortunately, quite a few things if the diapers are Huggies.

The first thing I noticed...

looking for the best, looking for durability, Changing a grandson!

We learned from the "get go" that Huggies Diapers were not the diaper for my grandson.  My daughter received a box or two of these diapers at her baby shower.  After opening the first box and using several, she noticed that my grandson's behind was all broken out.  There was no reason, his diaper was being changed when needed and there was just no other reason for a rash.  She put them back in the closet and opened another brand of diapers.  The next day the rash was gone.  She suspected that Huggies Diapers was to blame but eventually gave them another chance weeks later when she was running... read full review »

I used to LOVE Huggies diapers.  They weren't a terrible fit for my girls and they did a decent job at keeping them dry.  I used to get coupons for them all the time so they fit in my budget, which is a plus - I love getting a deal.

For some reason, the last few packages that I have purchased have been terrible.  They are incredibly saggy, if my daughter has a looser stool than normal it's been leaking out the leg holes, and pee has been seeping through the fabric even when the diaper is just kind of wet.  (I understand that if you leave a diaper on a kid too long that it's going to leak...

In my opinion, these are the best diapers out there.  Any other brand I used on my first boy leaked so bad I had to change numerous diapers and clothes during the night.  These were the only ones that actually kept everything in.  I've never had any problems with leaks or sagging.  Both kids seemed comfortable in them also.  My mother-in-law buys these for us every time she goes to Sam's Club.  I save the coupons I get to give to my sister.  Yeah, they may be a little pricey, but they coupons make up for it.  Any product that works as well as these do are well worth the price.  I love...

I've got a 1 1/2-yr old and a 2-month old so we change a LOT of diapers around our house.  Except for the Huggies Supremes (and those only if I buy one size bigger than what the kids normally wear), Huggies leak waaaaay too much.  They're not nearly as absorbest as other brands and the skinniness through the bum leads to way too many poop leaks.  Not a fan -- I much prefer Pampers.

I just want to get the word out that the larger sizes are great, but that first infant size is terrible.  When the baby poops, it goes all up the baby's back and ruins clothes.  It seems to be a waste of money when you have to continually buy new clothes.

Huggies Snug and Dry are the only diapers I trust to use. They do not leak,  and fit my son the way they should. They just do a great job!

These are great diapers, and very absorbant, but also very expensive! They are only cheaper than the pampers swaddlers (which I would not reccommend to anyone) but they do work if you have the money! Most of the time however I will use a cheaper diaper during the day and then put my sonin these at night because they will soak it all up. I'll end up with a 10 lb diaper in the morning, but at least he didnt wake up soaked! However during the day they are a little excessive unless your child is a very wet baby. I would reccommend something less expensive during working hours to make the cost more... read full review »

I am a new mother, full time student, and full time worker.  My daughter is now 16 months old and very active. I have tried walmart's brand of daipers and they were okay.  I've tried Luvs and they just didn't give me the security that my baby's bottom would be protected.  I've tried pampers brand and they're just mediocre as well. I often fall asleep or sleep throughout the night and wake up in a panic trying to change her to prevent a daiper rash and any irritation that could result from a wet diaper. I was afraid that she would be wet and her bed would be wet because of me. I was tired and... read full review »

Initially, I bought these because they are sold in huge boxes at Costco and the unit price per diaper put them in my ideal price range. I love them! We've only had 2 leaks and they were the kind of leaks that no diaper could have stopped. They fit well and don't have a gross chemical smell like store name brand diapers do. I'd still buy them in the less cost effective smaller boxes if I didn't have a Costco near by. The one downside is that they sometimes leak at night. My baby sleeps through the night so in my opinion, any diaper would leak. I'm also not about to wake a sleeping baby to...

Three months ago I gave birth to my second girl and third child. I have definately been through some diapers, and have experimented with many different brands, but none compare to Huggies. They work great to stop leaks and fit my baby perfectly. They are also less expensive than Pampers, which I find don't fit all that great. I buy the big boxes and feel that I am getting my money's worth, especially since I have way fewer mishaps to tend to. I would tell any mom to go out and buy these!

Huggies original diapers are useless to me. They are as thin as paper and they leave the jelly substance on your babies bottom if they take a leak once inside the diaper. I don't know what the Huggies company was thinking about when they made these diapers but it was definitely not the baby. But I can say they did a better job with the Huggies Natural Fit diapers they are thicker and they can hold alot and they don't leave the gel on your babies bottom.

I' am  a mother of two young children. I also babysit another child under 1 year of age. To say the least I change diapers all day long! I really love the huggie brand diapers they hold a good amount. I'm not constantly changing clothes because of leaks which is important for a busy mom. They also stretch across the stomach so they aren't too tight or loose. They are also affordable on a budget and easy to find the size you need.

I've used Huggies on both my kids.

My son is almost 6 now and I used them on him when he was a baby. I liked the fit mostly, but they leaked so much!

When my daughter was born 2 years ago, I thought I'd give them another try. They fit terribly on her and leaked at least 25% of the time. Most of that 25% was not tee-tee! So it really wasn't a pleasant experience with Huggies.

They are not worth the extra money that they cost.
